Cant find the download by id link

It says to download directly to your phone to go to the web site and click on download by id and enter the number for the item. I am on the website on my phone (LG Incite). I have throughly seaqrched the site and cant find any place that says download by id where i can put in the number for the theme i want to download. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank You very much.

its cause you need to put the id download in this adress:
Log in to see links on your wap enabled handset

alright i feel stupid now i have it downloaded and i cant get it to open what program do i use to open it it is a windows smartphone theme..
