first off make sure your cookies are enabled. also make exceptions for add block and no script if you have them.
If that doesn't work take two aspirins and call me in the morning.

i cant download anything!
for what?when i select my favorite for download it is stop anything!may be for my speed?i am in iran and my speed is very very low!can say anyone me?
