if u mean like a animation like mine, then go to Log in to see links create your sig then once saved go to Log in to see links and upload it onto there, once uploaded then use the image code to paste onto your sig part of profile.

select a signature from any website or make your own and upload it then edit signature by opening User CP > edit signature
and then paste the link of the picture in between [IMG] and [/IMG]

like this:

[IMG] paste here the link...[/IMG]
