    Question How To Create An Animated Theme

    hiiii....

    can anyone say how to make an animated themes using "Carbide_ui_Theme_Edition_Setup_v3_4_en" for the 40th series.....which are the tools required to create an animated theme.... if anyone have some tutorials link plz mention..........................
