i need help.. i maxxed out everything but i cant find the last "goods" and the 1st guardian... it isnt fun finishing the game this way!!!

first guardian is Witch, and the first is found before Dmitri's first fight.

I'm already finished this game 96p ,best equip final axe, dracula tunic, frozen shade ( so powerfull if you max it ) and the witch ( guardian, powerfull if you max it too. There are secret room i found one in the first place. Don't remember yet but I believe there are secret room.

Anyone knows where can i get the second magic seal? I'm stuck at 23.6% of the game and i can't find the seal :s
