[FAQ] How to install Java Games on LG Vu

Installing via Memory Card:

1. Connect your LG Vu handset to your PC in Mass Storage mode
2. Create a new folder with the name of your choice
3. Transfer the jar files into that folder
4. Disconnect your LG Vu
5. On the handset - Open the Main Menu and navigate to the 3rd tab down and select 'more'
6. Select 'Memory Card', find the folder your created earlier and select the jar file to install the game.

Installing via Phone Memory:

1. Connect your LG Vu handset to your PC in Data Service mode
2. Open the LG PC Suite and connect your handset
3. Open Contents Manager
4. Create a new folder with the name of your choice
5. Transfer the jar files into that folder
6. Disconnect your LG Vu
7. On the handset - Open the Main Menu and navigate to the 3rd tab down and select 'more'
8. Select 'Other Files', find the folder your created earlier and select the jar file to install the game.

Damn it I did all dat but then my phone doesn't recognize the file. It won't install how do i fix that?

when i download, the files come out and are like .MF files. wat do i do?

After the instructions above...

1. Open the .jar game located in your memory card.
2. It will say something like "Untrusted MIDlet!"
3. Go to Options (next to "OK") > Download To > Handset > Games.

There you go.
