i tried a long mp3 track (8mins) and it didn't work on my pc, it got stuck transferring, but i then tried a shorter track (about 3mins) and it worked really well.

I'm having the same problem. Using Windows XP with Firefox, tried it also in IE tab and IE browser. Updated to the latest version of flash and it sits there at "Uploading 100%" and won't let me go to step 2.

Song is 4 mins. Less than 3mb

How long are you trying to cut it to? 4 mins would be too long

the flash ringtone maker is nice but why doesn't it give 30 s of ringtones?
... most of the time it ends at 29s ...also there shud be an option of making ringtones more than 30s for private use only...

it does when it cuts out the words in the end and the ringtone sounds ugly.... every sec. counts in 30 s....
