Unable to access Mobiles24

Hi,

I've been trying to access mobiles24 via my brand new Toshiba laptop (vista)using a usb dongle and every time I do I get a forbidden error message. I've been in contact with my service provided for technical help but they say that I have no content restructions on my account and it mignt be an issue with accessing mobiles24 website. Can anyone help me ?

Do you get this error on any other sites? Have you checked your security settings to ensure Mobiles24 isn't being blocked? Could you maybe post a screenshot?

Even I'm having problems, the site seems to be working very slowly and gives a lot of 408 errors and earlier there were Database errors too
