The best way for me was water. Every time I felt like losing my mind, I had a glass of water.

I went on that sweet wood that you can suck when I stopped ciggies, but just normal lollypops probably work aswell

i started smokin when i was 10, so i have been smokin for 27 years and i have tried to stop 7 times, not the easiest thing in the world to do, in the end i just thought sod it, why bother stoppin, when i die people can have my possessions and then get on with their lives.
