it would be best if you only have 100k+ at first, try to get luxury at the pan system (1k ea if i not wrong)(And get a huge cargo ship!). Then once you bought all the luxury, go and find purchase quest on each system and just like shadowphoenix said, if they wasn't buying luxury you can click cancel and click again till that person wants to buy luxury.

how do you get gunant's drill blueprint? apparently you can get it in mido so I went to var hursta or whatever it is called and talked to all the guys in the space lounge but none sold blueprints. Can somebody tell me what to do to get the drill blueprint?
