Can anyone help me please? I'm trying to find the name of a piece of music so that I might ask someone to create a ringtone for me. The music can be heard on the BBC One show archive - see following

I was able to watch this through the “Consumer October 2008 Archives blogs

The music is played at 1min 35secs thru to 1min 57secs and again at 3min 52secs thru to 4min 12secs."
I do hope someone can help. I keep hearing the tune but no-one seems to know what it's called.
