Help with vx9100 LG by Verizon

I have tried and tried and I really need some help.
How do I upload songs or ringtones to my phone.
I have tried to send it to Example:7318227134@vzwpic.com
but it takes some time and a message comes back to my
computer that says:
Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 0 second(s):
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.
I would be grateful and yes this is my first post on here so
hello everyone and hope you guys are having a good day.
Whatever you can do to help me, I would be grateful.
