If you don't have a Restore point, try Start > Run > msconfig
choose Services and check Hide All Microsoft Services - then disable all other services
Also clear out everything from the Startup tab
If it still doesn't work, the best thing that you can do is to get someone to fix it for you or just reinstall windows.

I've requested that this thread is closed...
It has nothing to do with mobiles and is encouraging illegal activity which is putting the site a risk.
