Did you get a disc with the phone? you should of..install it on your comp. You should also have a usb cable connect it to your mobile and computer after you have installed the disc..it should reconise ya phone then and pc suite should start up..launch it and press what you want to transfer from your pc onto your phone

Ok when you downloaded the theme where did it save on your computer?

i think i may have worked it out

Then it will be in there click on it find the theme click it an press thansfer (the arrow)

i found another way. just darg and drop my my computer

i dont think i have that software anyway
