Lg Rumor+Bell Mobility= No Downloads..HELP?

Just wondering if anyone was up on this. I have a new rumor phone and would love to add some new ringtones. Can access the site no problem...get the test MP3 ok...but everytime I put in the code, it says "The requested page cannot be displayed"
Any problem solvers out there?

i have the same problem with my lg scoop [[ which is basically like the rumor]]
it keeps telling me the same thing

or how to fix this????

i also have an lg rumor from bell mobility . tells me cannot display page after entering id number download. i have also tried downloading to my computer then to the phone but it will not set itself as a ringtone. i think i need some help!!!
