You can't call them "viruses"
They fool you in to allowing you to use your phone's functions and instead do stuff like send SMS - e.g. the Redbrowser.a trojan is a J2ME app what tricks you into thinking that its a browser but instead it sends an endless stream of text messages to a premium number...

But i don't think there is any real antivirus for Java phones, you just get them for Windows Mobile, S60 and UIQ
