Can't create Ringtone using Ringtone Maker

Help! Everytime I try to create a ringtone using the "ringtone maker" feature, I get an error telling me the page cannot be displayed, or the server cannot be located once I click the "create my ringtone" button. Is anyone else having this issue? I've used this feature many times in the past. I don't know if the site is experiencing some sort of problem, or is the issue on my end.

I really LOVE this feature. If the issue is on my end, I would really like to know how to get it resolved.

Hi acraig, You may be receiving the error because our servers can some times be busy. If you wait a few minutes the service should work again.

Hi Karl, thanks for responding. I tried waiting a few minutes. I've waited a few days, and it still won't work. i keep getting the same error message whenever I click create my ringtone. any more advice?

In reading a previous post, I've realized that my file size was too big. I'm able to create ringtones again. Whewwwhoo!!!
