im new to this stuff, how do i upload to my phone?

i just signed up for this website, and i have no idea how to work it. if i anyone can let me know how to upload the songs for verizon that would be a blessing.

click on whatever thing u want to download...then scroll down and u`ll see about three links one for mobile one for pc and i forgot the last one.....jus clik on the one u want to download by ( easiest is prob pc) and wait a few secs and it will download you choice. hope dah helps

Here is a Step by Step Guide

1, Find the item that you want to download e.g Truetone, Poly Tones, Wallpapers, Screensavers, Games (For Wallpapers, Screensaversw and Games you will have to find the screen Res of your phone).

2, Click to Download it to your PC most probably the easiest place is on your desktop.

3, Use a Bluetooth Dongle or USB to Phone Lead to transfer it to your phone.

4, Disconnect your phone and then you should have the item on your phone.

You have put the item from this site on your phone.
