only one type of fonts can be used right? so yes... I'm talking about the menu items fonts, the operator logo fonts, and also about the fonts of the line which says TAP OR DRAG... do you recognize these???

I looked through all my fonts (about 400) and none of them look like that.
There are similar ones, but not the same.

Is that a theme or is it default Nokia?

that's a custom homescreen theme... with custom fonts... but the theme doesn't come packed with the fonts... and the guy who uploaded this theme didn't mention the fonts' name... very disappointing...

It looks like the Sony Ericsson font that I have but it's abit different.
