Which brings me to my demand that first and foremost you make use of the resources that are already on site. Apart from the fact that it uses up resources unnecessarily having to deal with the same requests over and over again is diverting us from our purpose. And this is by no means only my opinion. Amongst ourselves in private we talk about this and there's a level of frustration. I am merely open about it. I'm not ranting. I'm not into this to spend my day chasing down Chick Lit or Urban Fantasy. They are part of the game, but not the purpose.
