Cool....Installation is simpler than installation of Vista or XP

Ive never installed any windows before though, the laptop came with XP pro

Do i just run the disc from boot up and install it , its as simple as that? and what do i choose 32 bit or 64 bit? my processor is Intel Core2 Duo T7250.
