Looking at N82 specs now ...
An N82 should be a S60v3 (Symbian OS 9.2, S60 rel. 3.1) , screen size 240x320.
Hey , would You look at this - it has a "3D Graphics HW Accelerator" , games should look awesome on this phone.
5MP camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and Xenon flash light , 100MB internal memory , 8GB microSD memory card support ... , bla bla bla - technicalities ...

Most of this applies to the N95 as well , except that the N95 has 160 MB internal memory , or the N95-8GB 8GB internally but no card slot.
Also I can't find any specs about the flashlight - so it could be a High-Volt LED flash light , not Xenon.
The N95 is a slide phone what I don't really like (I like Candy-Bar-Phones ) , but it sports a bigger screen because of that - 2.6 inches instead of 2.4 inches of the N82.
Overall , the N95 is a very good phone too!
