alumini function is for pass out stundents. I already completed my post graduation 3years back. At this stage of life i don't think there is scope for friends but the only scope for life partner!

There's always space for friends in life. You just have to make time if you can't find it. Besides, if you look for a life partner, you're certain to make friends on the way.
