Try Google Maps.Search in the gallery for it.

But will request you internet connection.

There are software that can download and save the maps but you still need to connect the to internet to download he maps.

download google maps....then download the maptiles of the area u want using "gmapmaker"(from the pc)
it generates a folder called "MGMapsCache"
save it in your mem card in the "other" folder
install mgmaps.jar in your cellphone, and in the settings, enable "offline mode" and you are done....
