An Error Occurred - upload failed

hi, used this sites loads to make, upload and then wap download my ringtones -

normally edit the songs in wavepad - save them as mp3 and then upload them no probs - but the last few times i have tried to upload them i get an error message saying

'An Error Occurred
Upload failed: Could not retrieve audio information. File possibly corrupt.'

how can i fix this??
