Nevermind.. Figured it out. If anyone is having the same problems its pretty simple. Save your contacts to "Phone"memory not "SIM". After that you can go into "Edit Contacts" and its under "RingerID"...

I just bought a Motorola Z3 Rizr, My bro Sent me a few Ringtones Via Bluetooth But a can't figure out how to assign it to different contacts on my Phonebook. Can someone Help me????
