    I had the same problem its an easy fix.
    1. click on browser
    2. click on the blackberry symbol (dots) on bottom of phone
    3. scroll down and click on options
    4. click on browser configuration

    Just as an add you really have to make sure that you have a sim card in the blackberry if not the unlock code will not work.

    There are several online vendors that sell codes on line have you tried unlockmybberry.com or you can just google unlockmybberry a list of vendors will come up.
