sorry but i dont like symbian os phone. i think s40 is much quicker to respond than the symbian os phones

Nokia pcsuite is included in the box (its in the cd rom w/ some other useful software). Installed it in your pc. Then connect your phone to your pc via usb cable, bluetooth or infrared
