maybe it's a bug? :). coz in mine , when i start , new game, create a sims, and pick my persona, i have :

shy
conversationalist,
good sense or so........ blablablabla

to put...

how do you want for your sims.... every traits has it own specialty and quest to unlocked it think... why stuck here? it's a game. just play, dont think anything...T_T
