maybe 240x320 is not your phone's resolution. are you sure it's 240x320?:no:

one more thing! maybe the screensaver's resolution you download is not 240x320. check the screensaver's resolution...

okay, here's some tips that could make your screensaver works:
1. check the file format, is it .jpg or .gif ? it should be .gif for animation, not .jpg
2. is your phone can support animated image?...
