That blacklist is temporal, youll be blacklisted for a day or two max. They usually put you on blacklist if you try to download satelite images too often, if you want to avoid it try using proxies.

i had the same problem, but after trying these it started to work:

1) make sure that you turn on "wait between requests" and that delay (ms) is set to 2000

2) if it still doesnt work then: ...

The same problem occured to me as well, all the gmapmaker creates are empty folders. Perhaps you found a way to make it work?
