    This is a ringtone i made and cant seem to get the bitrate to change in the preferences to 56. that option does not highlight for me to change it. Any suggestions......

    Sticky: i have changed everything to the format it should...

    i have changed everything to the format it should be at except fot the bitrate. it seems to be locked in the format screen at 128. any suggestions....
