Mts Double Flip?

I'm lost with how to download the ringtones..
I got them off the computer onto my memory card, but i can't seem to get it to be a ''download'' so i can put it as a ringtone.....

Mk, I've got a Samsung Mts Double-flip phone.
And I've tried downloading those free funny ringtones, but when i exit off the internet to go check it out, i can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know...
