Ringtones for LG-A250. where to find?

Hi,

Firstly, I am new to this forum and site as I only joined today.

I`m looking for help with ringtones.

1. Where do I go on my LG-A250 phone to find the ringtones and
2. How would I go about finding and installing new ringtones.

Sorry for all the questions but I am 71 years of age and not up to speed with all this stuff. I downloaded a manual for myself before posting this but I cannot see ringtones mentioned in it unless i`m missing it somehow but I`ve looked twice.
