NO it will not effect to the decision whether to buy them, as now it is Microsoft, people will buy the phone if they like windows phone. but we all know, we love iPhones or android phones, so nothing going to change for nokia.
obviously it will affect the buying behaviour pattern because we always used to with the name we know from years. Nokia is known to us for years and suddenly it changes to microsoft so the quality perception will definitely change. But we also know microsoft since childhood.
