Installing rar files

Guys, how can i install the rar files? I cant find any apk files that i need to install. Plz help me out installing rar files.

U cannot install rar file to android device. first u have to extract the .apk file from it n then copy-paste the .apk file onto ur memory card.Only then u will be able to install .apk file on ur android device.

Thanx for ur help Battuji. But i hvnt find any .apk files in rar file. I downloaded angry bird seasons rar file. But when i xtract it i didnt find any .apk files in it. What shud I do?

what was in it then? do you have the download link?

i have downloaded angry bird seasons rar file. it has got 6 folders naming bitmaps, assets,com,lib,META-INF,res. nd 3 files naming Android manifesto.xml,classes.dex nd resources.arcs. Now u c there is no .apk files in it.

I think it is the apk file itself, rename the .rar extension to .apk and then try to install it, remember the filetype must change not just the name, if it doesn't work try another download source
