Erm... you won't need one for Android phones.

They can be plugged into any PC and the PC will read the phone no problem.

I had connected 2 Androids to my PC without any PC Suite before and it reads both phones no problem.

Can't you exit the wizard and access it from My Computer?

EDIT: Try this.
-Enable usb debugging from Menu > Settings > Applications
-return to home screen
-plug usb cable in
-pull down status bar
-press ‘ connect usb storage’ button
