Most of them are meant for Nokia Symbian S60v3/v3.1 phones and I am not sure if they'll work for Your BlackBerry as I am not familiar to the "BlackBerry OS".

Edit:
It seems that the BlackBerry OS requires an application to be "Signed" what is very similar to Nokia's Symbian OS (on some,not all Nokia models).
You'll have to try what works and what doesn't. ;)

There doesn't seem to be files specifically meant for BlackBerry but You can try any with a screen size of 320x240 - for example Samsung i320/i607/i780 etc.
