Wallpapers never really get many downloads

I not saying do not upload them, because theoratically, you get more downloads with wallpapers because if you resize them, and then upload them you get like double reward points. :D

That's only theoretical. Practically it backfires.

If you upload to any category where they are resized automatically - you'll get Reward Peanuts and a dip in your downloads/upload.
