Can someone please upload Telenav Navigator, I used to be able to use it for free on my phone and now it will not allow me to. Its asking for me to pay.

I m looking for softwares/settings best for s60 5th edition nokia 5233(touch screen)which do.....
*screening of msgs coming frm server like TA,VG,TM (they disturb me in daily working time)
*ebook reader (medical books..pdb,MED files)
*MS office,word,power point etc
*adobe reader (unlock code for adobe reader LE 2.5)
* softwares of previous versons which ll b compatible 4 Nokia 5233

i need help.... i downloaded some applications in my pc but i can't seem to install them coz file type is a nokia application installer file.
what do i do to convert them to windows or any other file.
