I got a Kyocera Kona S2151, the web site shows Virgin Mobile downloads, but they don't work on my phone.

Actually the information you shared is not enough for me to get your problem, where you buy the phone? and what problem you facing?

My samsung note 3. Got pop up that mobile is not run on here . Can someone help.

My phone isnt on the list LG Phoenix aka k371

This phone is not listed and barely qualifies as a smart phone. Am able to download but not save/install ringtones nor wallpapers/backgrounds. Seems that Virgin Mobile uses some snippit of code that instructs the file to install and save in the correct folder.
