I call it an Ambalao (literally translated as Upside down in creole).

4cl of Creme de Menthe
4cl of Kahlua
4cl of fresh cream.

First thing one must do is to chill the glass you will drink into. Take your shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice cubes, put the Creme de Menthe, Kahlua and fresh cream and shake well, the drink must be really cold, then pour it in your glass, and enjoy your drink...
