someone help please i keep getting an error that generic host processes for Win32 services has encountered an error and needs to close and then after that error i can't use the internet..i got this error earlier too, then i formatted my PC but now again after a few days of formatting it, i'm getting this error again..i'm using winxp eith service pack 2
