Loads.

The entire metro UI is a whole new thing. You can click and hold the left of the screen, and it'll flip windows for you. The desktop is no longer your main screen. It comes with a new IE, which is actually stable. :P
It's pretty awesome. :P

Yeah computer mods are pretty cool. But I rather like playing the way a game is meant to be played. Until I get bored of it. :)
