United caught Arsenal cold as they turned defence into attack, Rooney sprinting from just outside his own area to take a return pass from Park and finish in style.
Ji-Sung Park graphically illustrated the gulf between Arsenal and United just after half-time when he took advantage of a path lack of resistance to run unchallenged from inside his own half to beat Almunia.
Thomas Vermaelen's deflected shot late on set up an Arsenal rally of sorts, but the scoreline barely reflects United's superiority as they gave the Gunners a painful lesson in ruthless, cutting edge football.

What a week for united :wow:
They are looking terrible versus important teams :mad:, with lots of defensive mistakes and don't forget the injuries.
I think the team is too young, they need better defensive midfielders and at least one top class crack player, as Henry was... but I need a date with Natalie Portman and I know that's not going to happen anyway :rolleyes:
Btw I didn't have signal for a while and I missed the game, at least my heart didn't suffer (this time). We need to recover not soon but now.

This season now hes the main man, hes been the best player in the premier league along with fabragas, and probably the best in the world at the moment , hes world class :)
