Any one know what this means...

Job status: BER'd - Held Awaiting Customer Contact
Repair outcome: BER Non-Tech

Its my phone thats in repair ive just tracked.

Btw i spelt beer on it last weekend :laugh:
just hoping i wont have to pay anything :surrender:
the customer lass said they will just replace the buttons

thats nothing:P i had two phones for 3 years and i had to fix them 13+ and everything happend to them and i didnt pay a thing and most time they just gave me a new phone:cool: they lost more money from me then i payed them:P

Yeah but this wasnt a phone fault,it was fine before it wanted a drink of beer without telling me :laugh: i can just see a phone call coming my way in the week with a charge, but am not paying over the limit.
Its the warranty you get a year.

That's surely for the Beer-Spilled-On-Phone-Technicians, but they use the abbreviation BER TECH...:)

The mad thing is i didnt even know dont remember spilling beer on it and i wasnt ****** either, the lass at phones4u where i took it in took the back off and said it smelled of beer... shes got good taste id say :laugh:
