my pc keeps freezing and then a blue screen comes up saying a driver is on the loop.....i think i need to re install windows but cant find the disc

they dont look for the disc but do in another way:devil:

ive tried.....restoration point is knacked wont let me go back....add and remove programmes wont work....cant think of any other way
