Mr. BluSky I really appreciated for your try but unfortunately it is not that game.
That game does not contain any character. I thing it is a puzzle game. More some hints.

1. Move a arm same working like human arm but shape is not like human arm to catch the things and avoid to touch the wrong area otherwise you will got electric shock and lose the power.
2.when touching the wrong area a sound also come like an real electricity shock

I hope you will try your best to find it for me.
