I've got personal experience with that one M8 :blink:
That's why I'm trying to go the static free perspex route, you can see everything but you still get the air turbulence you need for cooling :D

The thing is you need air turbulence (friction) to remove the heat (I can't remember the formula, so don't ask), Effectively the more turbulence you have in your case the better. The problem with removing the covers is that you have a high volume of free flowing air (which does help, to a degree) but that isn't what you really need.
If you can develop a clear aluminum (refer Star Trek :laugh:) you'll be a RICH man!
That's always a problem M8, just need to be careful... If your case looks really cool you won't need to hide it on the floor though will you?
