I currently have 3 games(including the one that was installed before u get the phone)....my phone memory has 184335kb worth of space....it sux when the phone lags.

How many games you got? And how much phone capacity have you got? That could be a possible reason why your phone slows down.

hey....just wanna ask u if u load a game into ur F480 does it slow down the phone???cause in my F480 it slows down the phone quite a lot....
